The event was attended by Mr. Bernard Sim, the Chairman of the Federation of Youth Clubs, Singapore (FYC), and the Main Speaker was Ms. Jennifer Zeng, an active counselor and educator to youths and parents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-4-color has-text-color\">During the Main Session, Ms. Zeng shared about different ways to look at our Negative Emotions, to see it as an opportunity of growth in ourselves, and to assess our emotions always, understanding what these emotions are trying to tell us. Through the Ice-Breaking and Breakout Room Discussion Sessions, participants got to interact with one another and share personal experiences about their life.
